Policies

Consistent attendance is essential for student progress and overall class experience. Students are encouraged to attend all scheduled classes and arrive on time.

If a student will be absent, please notify the studio in advance when possible. While make-up classes may be offered when space allows, they are not guaranteed. Missed classes are non-refundable.

ILLNESS:

The health and safety of students is a top priority.

Students should not attend class if they are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness. Studio Relevé maintains a clean and safe environment, and students are expected to follow all safety guidelines provided during class.

In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, class cancellations will be communicated as early as possible via email or social media.

Make-up classes may be offered when feasible.

Studio Relevé is a respectful and focused learning environment.

Students are expected to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for class

• Listen attentively and follow instruction

• Show respect to instructors and fellow students

• Refrain from disruptive behavior

This helps create a positive experience for everyone in the studio.

Students are expected to arrive in appropriate dance attire that allows for safe movement and proper instruction.

• Fitted clothing that allows instructors to see alignment (leotards, leggings, etc.)

• Hair secured away from the face

• Appropriate footwear or bare feet, depending on class type

Specific dress guidelines may vary by class and will be communicated as needed.

Tuition is due on a monthly basis and reserves a student’s place in class. Payments must be received by the designated due date to maintain enrollment.

Late payments may incur a fee. If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, a student’s spot in class may be released.

Parents and guardians play an important role in supporting students.

• Please ensure students arrive on time and are picked up promptly

• Observe quietly when permitted, helping maintain a focused environment

• Communicate any questions or concerns directly with the instructor

We value a collaborative and respectful relationship with all families.

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during class or performances for promotional purposes.

If you prefer that you or your student not be included in media, please notify the studio in writing.
